These terms apply to your use of optimiserentals.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Optimise Rentals” mean the company above.

2. Using the website

You may use the site for lawful purposes and to learn about our revenue management services. You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape or republish site content at scale without our written permission
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or other users’ data
  • introduce malware or do anything that disrupts the site
  • use the contact form to send spam or unlawful, misleading or abusive messages

3. Information on the site

The site gives general information about our services. Figures such as “up to 30% more revenue”, case studies and pricing examples show results we have achieved or typical ranges. They are not promises. Results depend on your property, market, season, and many other factors.

The price calculator gives an indicative estimate only. It is not an offer or a binding quote. Fees are fixed only in a written agreement between you and us, and some property setups need a custom quote.

Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.

4. Our services are governed by separate agreements

These terms cover use of the website only. If we provide revenue management services to you, they are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms in any conflict about those services.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, layout and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and print or share single pages for your own non-commercial use, with our name credited. Any other use needs our written permission.

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Contact form and communications

When you send us a message, you confirm the details you give are correct and that you are entitled to share them. Sending a message does not create a client relationship or a contract. We will use your details as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or always up to date.

To the extent Danish law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses that result from relying on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top, and continued use of the site means you accept it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute about the website are governed by Danish law. The courts of Denmark have jurisdiction, with the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret) as the first instance, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere, such as in your home country if you are a consumer.
