This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit optimiserentals.com or contact us through it. We collect as little as we can and use it only for the purposes below.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Optimise Rentals” mean the company above. We handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message. We do not sell personal data, and we do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only if you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Cookie names, durations and how to change your choice are in our Cookies Policy.
Google Search Console shows us how the site appears in Google Search. It does not place cookies on your device through our site.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with providers that help us run the site, and only as far as needed:
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics 4 (if you consent)

Google may process analytics data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so these transfers rest on the European Commission’s adequacy decision. Where a provider is not covered by an adequacy decision, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased, in many cases
- restrict or object to our processing
- receive your data in a portable format, where it applies
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing

7. Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, and processor agreements with our providers. No online service is completely secure, so please send only what is needed.
8. Children
The site is aimed at property owners and managers. It is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Complaints
If you think we have handled your data unlawfully, please contact us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, datatilsynet.dk, or to the authority in your own EU country.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on the site.
